Q. How do I get Sports Across
Texas to photograph my sports team?
A. You
may simply fill out our
contact form for
this request or call one of our sales representatives.
Be sure to include your team's name, the team's league and
your contact information. When you speak to one of our
sales representatives, don't forget to ask about our first
time gift program.
Q. How do I receive a $25
Chili's gift card?
A. Refer
another team/league to Sports Across Texas. After
referring a team/league, use our
contact form or call
us to notify us of the referral to receive the $25 Chili's
gift card.
Q. Where do I get my picture
order envelope?
A. Your coach should have
received a packet of order envelopes in the mail, he will
distribute those and you should make certain you complete
your order form prior to picture day. If you have lost
or misplaced your order form ask your coach for another or
we will have extras on picture day. You may also
download an
order form from this
website.
Q. When will my pictures be
complete?
A. Are
you tired of waiting weeks and months for picture
turnaround? Well, we will have your pictures ready
within 2 weeks after picture day.
Q. What if I forget to order
something?
A. Not a problem -
simply use our
Reorder Online button to order additional photos.
These will be shipped directly to your home.
Q. I forgot to fill out my
Card statistics - what can I do?
A. You can fill out the online
"stats" form - we need to receive the form within 24 hours
of your picture day. If not, your Star Cards will be
printed independently and shipped to you.
Q. Can I order more pictures
later?
A. Yes, you can
simply use our
Reorder Online page.
Q. I forgot to fill out my
order form and turn it in - what should I do?
A. You can
simply use our
Reorder Online page
to order a team picture, even if we did not
photograph your child individually.
Q. I forgot to include
payment in my order form - can I send it later?
A. Sorry, but we are unable to
accept late payment - any envelopes without payment will not
be processed. To order after picture day, you can
simply go to our
Reorder Online
page.
Q. I have more than one child - can I put all of the
money in one envelope?
A. Yes, but you need
to have specific instructions to which order the money needs
to be applied to. EX: Write on the check: "Payment for
Christy & Susie Jones."
Q.
I am divorced/separated - how can we keep our orders
separate?
A. Simple - just fill out two
separate order envelopes with payment in each - we will
package your orders separately.
Q. How do I pay for my pictures?
A.
Check,
money order or cash needs to be included in your picture
envelope - exact amounts please, we do not refund
overpayments. Please give yourself ample time to fill out
your order forms prior to picture day - we do not carry
change.
Q. Do
I need to pay sales tax?
A. Sales tax is already
included in your picture prices.
Q. How
long after picture day can I still order?
A. You can order for 2
weeks
after photos are delivered.
Q. I
would like a picture of my children together or I'm a coach
and want a picture with my son/daughter - can I do that?
A.
Certainly - just fill out a separate order form,
note "buddy picture," and include
payment.
Q. I
received my order - I think something is missing...?
A. Fill out the
contact form
on our website, in the body of the message, please include
1) Team Name 2) Child's Name 3) Parent's Name 4) Jersey #
and 5) Additional Contact Information. Please tell us what pictures you did
receive and which pictures that you believe to be missing - we can research your order and make any
corrections. Our orders are checked 3 times for
quality assurance, however if you feel something is wrong,
we will gladly correct the situation.
Q. I received my order - I'm
not happy.
A. We
strive to always do an excellent job, however there are
times we miss on a picture. Simply fill out our
contact form and return the pictures you are unhappy with - if it is a
fixable problem, we will make the correction for you or we
will send you a refund.
